Free Return Shipping for USA and Canada Customers 🚚

If you're a customer in the USA or Canada, we've got some great news for you! We offer free return shipping within 30 days of receiving your order. All you need to do is use our pre-paid return shipping label, and you're good to go! 🎉

This applies to all items that are eligible for returns and still have their original tags attached. So, if you change your mind about a purchase or need to exchange an item, no worries - we've got your back! 😊

To initiate a return and request a pre-paid return label, simply fill out your information at the returns contact us info@nogu.studio. They'll be happy to assist you! 💌

Just remember, it's important to print a physical copy of the pre-paid return label in order to use our convenient pre-paid service. Unfortunately, we can't send you a pre-printed label. So make sure you have access to a printer before requesting the label. 🖨️

If you're located outside the USA or Canada, please note that return postage is not covered by your original purchase. Any costs associated with returning an item would need to be paid by you as the customer.

HOW DOES THE NOGU LIFETIME WARRANTY WORK?

Si vous avez acheté un produit NOGU sur www.nogu.studio après le 1er octobre 2017, vous êtes couvert par notre garantie à vie.

Au cours de la première année : si l'article que vous avez acheté arrive endommagé au cours de la première année à compter de la date de livraison, nous le remplacerons gratuitement, sans tracas.

Après la première année : pour les articles endommagés après la première année (365 jours) à compter de la date de livraison, nous proposons un remplacement. Des frais forfaitaires de 10 USD peuvent être facturés pour couvrir les frais d'envoi, de traitement et de livraison. Ces frais varient en fonction du cas.

Pour traiter votre remplacement, envoyez-nous simplement une photo des dommages par e-mail à info@nogu.studio . Dans la plupart des cas, c'est tout ce dont nous avons besoin pour commencer. Si un retour est nécessaire, nous vous fournirons une étiquette d'expédition prépayée afin que vous puissiez retourner l'article sans frais ni visite au bureau de poste.

Suivez la progression de votre remplacement via des mises à jour par e-mail et des informations de suivi en temps réel.

Veuillez noter que la garantie à vie ne couvre que la disponibilité des produits de remplacement, et non l'éligibilité au retour/remboursement. De plus, pour les retours, l'autorisation n'est valable que jusqu'à 30 jours à compter de la réception de l'article.

Earrings

👂 Earrings are a personal item and for hygiene reasons, they cannot be returned. However, if your earrings arrive damaged or defective, don't worry! We'll replace them according to our warranty.

Custom Engraved Products

💍 If you've personalized your item with a custom engraving, please note that it cannot be returned for a refund. However, if it arrives damaged or defective, we'll happily replace it as per our warranty.

Gift Cards

💌 Our gift cards are digital-only items and unfortunately cannot be returned for a refund. But hey, they make great presents!

Shipping Fees

🚚 Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once the shipment has been made. This includes cases where the package is returned to us, lost in transit, marked undeliverable, or abandoned. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase!
